For years, families searching for pure Desi Cow milk struggled to find a trustworthy source. Adulteration became the norm—milk, one of the top three most adulterated products in India, was losing its purity.
At the same time, farmers rearing indigenous Desi cows were being left behind. While Jersey cows produced 20 liters a day, native breeds gave barely 6–8 liters. This created an unfair market where hardworking farmers with Desi cows could not survive, forced to sell their milk at the same low price as commercial breeds.
That was the challenge we saw. And that is where Nutriganic was born.
We began our journey with a simple mission:
To deliver 100% pure, raw, unprocessed Desi Cow A2 milk to families who value health.
To empower Desi cow farmers by giving them a fair price for their milk—far higher than the bulk market—so they could continue protecting India’s native breeds.
The struggle was real. Building a network of genuine farmers, ensuring freshness without compromise, and winning back the trust of families in a market flooded with adulteration was not easy. But step by step, glass by glass, Nutriganic became a bridge between farmers and families.

Sourav Kumar Mishra
“Building a stronger India through health and education.”
Sourav Kumar Mishra’s life is a story of resilience, sacrifice, and vision. Born in a humble family in Kolkata and raised in a slum, he grew up witnessing the daily struggles of poverty. As a child, his dream was to become a doctor and serve the poor. Life, however, led him down a different path—he became a Marine Engineer and worked with Gulf Energy for five years abroad.
Yet, even while working in a high-paying job, Sourav knew money was never his true priority—his people and his country were. With this conviction, he left behind a stable career and returned to India, determined to dedicate his life to meaningful change.
He founded the Takshshila Nalanda Foundation, which today runs over 20 centers. These centers empower children and their parents by teaching skills like stitching, dance, drawing, and mehendi—helping families earn a livelihood and live with dignity.
Carrying the same spirit forward, Sourav started this company. His vision was simple yet powerful: farmers deserve fair value for their hard work, and citizens deserve food that is pure, natural, and trustworthy. His company is the bridge that connects both, ensuring that while farmers are respected and rewarded, families enjoy the goodness of real, unadulterated food.
